Consultations for laser hair removal & skin treatments are completely free! We may however ask for a fully refundable £25 deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will either be fully refunded after your consultation or deducted from the cost of treatment/products you purchase.
A £50 deposit is taken for consultations with our Medical team for any injectable treatments and prescription skincare, this is fully redeemable off the cost of treatment or prescription skincare as prescribed should you decide to proceed.
Unfortunately due to appointment demand if you fail to give us 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your consultation the deposit will not be non-refundable.
Courses will expire in 18 months
24 hour cancellation policy is required or the value of your treatment will be charged to your account
Beyond Skin does not offer any refunds however is happy for an exchange treatments within 14 days. The only exception is by long term serious medical illness confirmed by a medical certificate.
Laser Hair Removal Price Match Promise
If you receive a genuine quote from a competitor for the same like for like treatment we will match your quote. This must be the same treatment, using like for like machinery, the same area and the same number of treatments. The quote must be in writing from the company and must be recent and valid. Beyond Skin reserves the right not to match the quote should this not be deemed like for like. Price Match Promise is at the discretion of the clinic manager.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Beyond Skin online shop, please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
Online Shop Pricing & Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Online Shop Customer Orders:
We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Online Shop Order Payment
Payment online can be made securely using Stripe. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Beyond Skin.
Online Shop Returns, Order Cancellation & Incorrect Items
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 02890 333858 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
Please note errors occur time to time, if you have received an incorrect item please contact us on 02890 333858 within 3 working days of receipt to arrange the correct items to be delivered. Failure to contact us within this time scale will result in full payment of the item you wish to receive.
If your parcel delivery has been attempted, a card left and not collected at your local Royal Mail depot after 18 days, the order will be sent back to the Beyond Skin office. If this happens please contact us within 28 days of the initial order date and we can resend the items to you at your cost. If you contact us outside of the 28 days unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Online Shop Cancellation of Orders
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you within 3 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Beyond Skin. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us
You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights
It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.

You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Beyond Skin. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale

As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
