We typically allow 30-40 mins per consultation. If you need more time we will do our best to accomodate that.
There is no charge for skincare/laser consultations.
We charge a fee of £50 for consultation appointments with medical staff which may be redeemed against treatment costs if appropriate.
Your specialist may recommend a course of treatment or products to use at home and any charges for these will be explained to you fully.
There is no obligation to purchase anything during the session.
After selecting your call time one of our team will call you using your preferred contact method (FaceTime / Zoom)
You will be asked about your current skincare routine and any concerns you have.
Our specialists will be able to offer advice & make recommendations.
Following the consultation you will be emailed with any relevant information that was requested.
