What is Endymed Intensif?
Our highest intensity treatment combines microneedling with radiofrequency to rejuvenate skin from the inside out.
How does it work?
Gold plated, non insulated needles combined with fractionated pulse mode technology deliver radiofrequency three layers deep into the skin creating fractional columns of coagulation and volumetric heating up to a controlled depth of up to 5.0mm.

Can Intensif be carried out on the eye area?
Yes, this is one of the few treatments that includes the eye area. It’s great for deep lines and lax skin above and below the eyes.
What happens during the treatment?
To make your treatment more comfortable skin numbing cream is applied. We remove the numbing cream after 30 minutes and apply steritane to prevent infection. We tend to start on your main area of concern, thoroughly applying pulses over the treatment area.
The treatment itself takes 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the area. To cool the skin we apply a soothing Timeless Truth mask, followed by aftercare serum and SPF50.
How long does treatment take?
Allow 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes for the full treatment, depending on the treatment area.
How many treatments do I need?
We advise a course of 3 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart.
When will I see results?
After each treatment collagen remodelling continues and so full results can be seen 3 months after your last treatment.
Does it hurt?
You may feel a mild discomfort throughout the treatment, we apply numbing cream prior to treatment to reduce this.
How will my skin feel after?
As we are applying heat deep within the dermis, your skin may feel warm and tender for a few hours after.
How will my skin look after treatment?
Your skin will be red after treatment Redness may last for a couple of days. You may experience skin flaking due to resurfacing effects.
How do I care for my skin after the treatment?
We will supply you with soothing aftercare and SPF50 to keep your skin protected throughout your course of treatments.
You must avoid acid based products, exfoliants and retinol for 1 week or longer if micro crusting is still present.
It is important to avoid sun exposure and keep skin protected with SPF50 throughout your course of treatments. As well as avoiding exercise and heat treatments for 24-48 hours
How can I fit this treatment around others?
LED can be carried out immediately after your treatment to aid skin healing. We advise you wait 4 weeks before other treatment including Laser and Skin Peels.
